Ginger Powder
Ginger Powder is obtained from the roots of the ginger plant. In cooking, ginger is generally added to desserts, jams, soups, sauces, meat, rice. In a mixture with salt it is used for seasoning cheese, meat products, fish, boiled chicken and vegetables. Ginger gives very pleasant flavor to roast pork, duck and mushrooms.
