Gelatin

Gelatin - a substance extracted from animal connective tissue and bone, and almost 90% consisting of collagen - natural animal protein. It has long been successfully used in medicine, cosmetics, photography, typography, production of sports equipment. Gelatin is a member of canned food, sauces, jellies, ice cream, desserts, cakes. Inedible gelatine is used in the manufacture of cloth and paper.
